Using AI to understand the human Gino
AlphaGino is a foundation model trained on 16+ years of shipped creative technology projects and an irresponsible quantity of puns. Give it any brief and it predicts two things with high confidence: a working installation, and a joke you'll regret asking for.
Every Gino is built from just four bases: G, I, N and O. Arranged correctly, they express two dominant traits: shipping creative technology, and making puns about it afterwards. Scientists are still debating which gene is recessive. (Neither. Neither is recessive.)
Only about 2% of Gino is serious. It activates briefly during load-in and immediately before launch.
The remaining 98% is puns. Non-coding, highly conserved, and impossible to switch off.
Shipped. AI installations, immersive experiences, web, mobile, VR/AR and games for brands like Microsoft, Adobe, Intel and Adidas.
Acknowledgements. This breakthrough model stands on the shoulders of giants, specifically AlphaGenome by Google DeepMind, which uses AI to understand the actual human genome. Go read about it; it's genuinely remarkable. AlphaGino is an affectionate parody and is not affiliated with Google DeepMind.
